About Us
Your story. Your strengths. Empowered through care.
ReStory is a virtual physical therapy space built on trust, empathy, and empowerment. We support individuals who have felt dismissed or discouraged by traditional care—people seeking a human approach to healing.
We center the experience of the person seeking care, not just the pain itself.
This means thoughtful language, a trauma-informed lens, and creating an environment where movement feels like possibility—not pressure. Our work starts with listening and grows from there.
Our approach respects both your limitations and your strengths. By partnering with you—not prescribing to you—we help restore not just physical ability, but confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of self.
